The city offers a unique perspective on Spain and national identity; Catalan culture dominates and this independent core to the city makes it an intriguing place to visit. It also means that historical and cultural visits take on a unique perspective. From well-known visits such as the Nou Camp Stadium, Montjuic or Las Ramblas, Catalan culture underpins it all. Catalonia also offers unique food and history and the different visits around the city will introduce your group to a rare and proud city.

Day 1
Flight departs for Barcelona
Arrive at your accommodation and explore the local area

Day 2
Head to the city centre for a guided walking tour around the city centre starting at Las Ramblas
Stroll through Park Guell before heading to the FC Barcelona museum and stadium tour
Enjoy an evening meal back at your accommodation
Day 3
Take the cable car up to Montjuic to visit the Olympic Stadium, Miro exhibition or Poble Espanyol
Head to the Boqueria food market before watchig the Montjuic magic fountain show
Head back to your accommodation for an evening meal

Step 1 – get a quote
We know you might have to get a few quotes but we’d love you have 10 minutes of your time on the phone to understand more about your group and to explain what we can offer. If previous tours could be improved on then let us know and we’ll tailor a proposal to meet your requirements. After one conversation we’ll then send you emailed price proposals.
Step 2 – narrow it down
We don’t expect the first offer to be perfect, let us know how the first quote compared to your expectations, we’ll then adapt it further
Step 3 – launch the trip
We’ll provide you with a parent version of the quote proposal that you can send out with pictures and links to give as much information as possible.
Step 4 – collect deposits and finalise your tour
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a first deposit payment and completed booking form. A list of passenger names (as per passports) may be required for flight bookings.

The basic ratio is 1:10 for flight tours and 1:8 for coach trips. However, if your group requires a different ratio, we will work with you to ensure that you get what you need. This may include extra free places of calculating a separate tour price for any paying passengers.
There’s no right answer to this although we would recommend first time trip organisers look 12-18 months ahead whilst experienced trip organisers may want 9 months plus if heading to a new resort. We do want all trips to be as accessible as possible and whilst financial climates ebb and flo, giving students and parents a long lead in time will help them plan ahead and will stop you having to chase payments.

As standard, we recommend that everyone travelling has a passport with at least 6 months validity remaining. UK nationals can contact the Foreign, Commonwealth & Diversity office to find out more.
We know rooming allocations are key to pupils heading away. We request them about 4 weeks before departure, but confirmation of rooming may not come until right before you leave, especially if you are travelling in one of the busier times of year. If you have specific rooming requirements, then let us know.
